$80,000-$95,000/year Position Overview We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care with minimal supervision. The role includes evaluating and treating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising therapy assistants/aides, and collaborating with healthcare professionals and facility staff. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, treat, and monitor patients requiring skilled physical therapy. Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and required reports. Supervise and provide guidance to physical therapist assistants and aides. Collaborate with physicians, patients, caregivers, and facility staff. Participate in facility meetings, clinical in-services, and quality initiatives. Qualifications Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program or substantially equivalent program. Current Physical Therapist license in the applicable state. Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
