Key Qualifications:

Current Physical Therapist license in Arizona Previous experience providing PT in school settings strongly preferred Ability to organize and manage a caseload across multiple locations Proficiency in planning and delivering individualized therapy Effective communication and strong collaboration skills Valid drivers license and willingness to travel between sites

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct Physical Therapy to a caseload of 8 students, as outlined in their IEPs Deliver approximately 415 minutes of direct PT services per month (about 1.7 hours per week) Manage schedules and travel between four campus locations: Phoenix, Sun City West, Queen Creek, and Goodyear Offer assessment, documentation, and progress reporting in compliance with state and district requirements Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student mobility and participation Develop activity plans promoting each student's functional and academic success This contract presents a chance to create meaningful change while enjoying the freedom to coordinate your service hours.
