Start Date:
ASAP / Flexible As a Travel PT with our team, you'll step into a caseload of diverse patients, performing evaluations and developing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. You'll have access to modern equipment and technology, along with support from an experienced clinical team from day one. Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, medical histories, and goals to build individualized treatment plans Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team — physicians, OTs, and nursing staff — to support holistic patient outcomes Design and implement evidence-based therapeutic exercise and intervention plans to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and function Utilize appropriate modalities, equipment, and manual techniques to support pain management and recovery Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate, timely documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management strategies Uphold APTA ethical and professional standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and safety Participate in team meetings and case discussions as needed during the assignment Qualifications Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active PT license in Arizona (or eligibility via license reciprocity/compact privilege) Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred (open to strong new grads with prior clinical rotations in outpatient ortho) Current CPR certification Willingness to relocate temporarily for the duration of the assignment Skills Strong working knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and biomechanics Sound clinical judgment and ability to adapt quickly to a new clinic's systems and workflows Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams Comfortable working independently with minimal onboarding time Strong organizational skills and attention to documentation detail Team-oriented mindset despite the short-term nature of the assignment
Compensation & Benefits Weekly Pay Rate:
