Key responsibilities involve assessing patient needs, setting and adjusting goals, supervising PTAs and students, documenting care accurately, and utilizing therapy software. Must demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, professionalism, adherence to policies, and good body mechanics. Additional duties include participating in community health projects, maintaining confidentiality, ensuring safety, and providing excellent patient service. Essential functions encompass following treatment plans, evaluating care quality, charting timely, and collaborating effectively within interdisciplinary teams.
