This role involves supporting 8 students at 4 different physical locations, offering both direct therapy services and essential support activities. Travel between campuses is compensated with billable hours, and the weekly time commitment starts at approximately 5 hours, accommodating both therapy sessions and documentation time.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Valid Physical Therapy license in Arizona Experience as a PT in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate with students, families, and educational staff Ability to travel between multiple campus locations Commitment to maintaining accurate and timely documentation

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct physical therapy services to assigned students (~415 minutes per month) Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy goals Document all interventions, progress, and outcomes according to school and professional standards Coordinate with teachers and staff to ensure therapy supports classroom participation and academic success Travel to Phoenix, Sun City West, Queen Creek, and Goodyear middle/high school sites for scheduled sessions Communicate updates with families and school teams as needed Whats in it for you?
