Details Home health care setting Monday through Friday, day shift schedule with 8-hour shifts 13-week contract Requirements Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required Current BLS certification required Crisis Protocol certification required Experience with Allscripts EMR required Valid PT license required if applicable Additional Information 8-hour on-site orientation provided Trauma Level 3 facility
