The Opportunity We are seeking a licensed, full-time Physical Therapist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for both experienced clinicians and motivated new graduates looking for strong mentorship and long-term growth.

Pay:
$80,000 - 90,000.00 per year based on experience Signing bonus Incentive Bonuses Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Health insurance 401(k) plan 4% matching Life Insurance Malpractice Insurance Continuing Education Allowance Optional ala carte benefits including: Dental insurance, Accident insurance, Long Term Disability, Short-term disability Key Responsibilities Assess and diagnose orthopedic conditions, from simple to complex presentations Develop and implement comprehensive plans of care Deliver high-quality, patient-centered treatment Collaborate with team members to optimize outcomes Guide patients through their complete rehabilitation journey Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona (in good standing) Strong clinical reasoning skills Passion for patient care Open to motivated new graduates Locations We currently have openings in our Tempe clinic within the Phoenix metropolitan area. We have other clinics in the Phoenix metropolitan area with opportunity for advancement.
