Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct physical therapy services to a total of eight students dispersed across four campuses (Phoenix, Sun City West, Queen Creek, and Goodyear), averaging approximately 415 minutes per month Allocate a weekly schedule of about five hours to encompass direct therapy, travel between sites, and thorough documentation Evaluate students and develop customized treatment plans that address their unique needs Collaborate closely with teaching staff, school administration, and families to support student progress and integrate physical therapy goals into classroom routines Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines Attend team meetings and participate in IEP conferences as required This position offers a unique and flexible caseload, allowing you to truly focus on individualized care while working in dynamic educational settings.
