1 Year Minimum About the Role We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient for a 26-week contract in Tucson, Arizona. The PT will provide rehabilitation services in an outpatient setting and must have prior experience working within an outpatient physical therapy environment. This position offers consistent daytime hours with 40 guaranteed hours during standard weeks and 32 guaranteed hours during holiday weeks. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and provide individualized physical therapy services in an outpatient setting. Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs, functional limitations, and rehabilitation goals. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate. Educate patients regarding treatment plans, therapeutic exercises, and functional rehabilitation goals. Complete required clinical documentation and related outpatient therapy responsibilities throughout the assignment. Requirements Outpatient Physical Therapy Setting Experience Required; Less Than 1 Year of Experience Accepted Per Requisition. Current, Active Physical Therapist License Required; Specific State Licensure Requirement Must Be Verified. Ability to Work Day Shifts Required. Ability to Maintain the Required 40-Hour Weekly Schedule Required. Ability to Complete Required Assignment Credentialing and Documentation Prior to Start Required.
