Full Job Description Physical Therapist/Physical Therapist Assistant Duties :
  • Provide patient care by evaluating and treating individuals with physical impairments and functional limitations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
  • Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including trigger point therapy, to improve patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and home care strategies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Physical Therapist/Physical Therapist Assistant Skills :
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
  • Ability to perform assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Experience in acute care or hospital settings is preferred.
  • Knowledge of pediatric physical therapy is a plus.
  • This position requires a valid license and a Physical Therapy Certificate in the State of California Required to practice as a Physical Therapist.
