Present and communicate company products and services to all levels of management within Independent and Franchise Dealerships Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts assigned to you Follow-up on new CRM generated leads and referrals resulting from telephone calls to Independent and Franchise Dealerships Develop, maintain and grow current and potential dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities Constant and effective communication via phone, email and video meetings with dealer partners to train on current programs and fast funding requirements Provide solutions, rehash and restructure vehicle loans for approval in a profitable manner for Westlake and the Dealership Partners Qualifications Qualities we look for in our Account Manager

• $130,000.00 Self-determined, performance-based compensation package Hourly position, $18.47/hr + performance-based commissions and bonuses 6 month compensation guarantee of $5,000.00 monthly Average rep earnings after 1 year
• $160,000.00 Average earnings of the top 25% reps
• $245,00.00 Average earnings of the top 50 reps
• $305,000.
