Roles & Responsibilities Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans. Provide outpatient pediatric physical therapy focused on improving mobility, strength, coordination, and functional abilities. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical needs and outcomes. Work independently while collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals as appropriate.
