1 Description American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Pediatric Physical Therapist with a minimum of 1 year of experience and required infant population experience for a 13-week assignment. Details Outpatient pediatric physical therapy setting within an acute care hospital Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, with flexible 8-hour shifts between 0730 and 1800 No on-call or floating requirements for this position Uses Epic for charting, experience preferred Facility may call off up to 1 shift every 2 weeks 212 staffed beds at the facility Requirements Minimum 1 year of pediatric physical therapy experience required Infant population experience required BLS certification required CA PT license required in hand at time of consideration License required if applicable Experience with outpatient clinic or home health preferred Skills in milestone assessment, AROM/AAROM/PROM, developmental delays, cerebral palsy, early intervention, torticollis, and scoliosis Proficiency with home exercise programs and patient/family education Experience with adaptive equipment and assistive devices Additional Information Responsibilities include evaluation, plan of care development, reassessments, documentation, and discharge planning for pediatric patients First-time travelers accepted Local candidates within 50 miles considered at local rate Returning former employees eligible after a 3-month wait, provided they reside outside the 50-mile radius All RTO requests must be submitted at time of consideration and are subject to facility approval Free parking available on-site Free parking available
