  • 55.00 to $65.00 per hour (DOE) PRN, Per Diem
  • $65.
00 to $75.00 per hour (DOE)

  • Well equipped therapy gyms Responsibilities Assess patients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on their specific conditions.
Provide therapeutic interventions to assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals. Conduct discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for patients returning home or moving to the next level of care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Educate patients and their families on techniques to improve daily living activities. Timely completion of daily and weekly documentation of patient treatments and progress Requirements
  • Active California license (PT)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A dedication to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices
  • A devout love for working with geriatric and post-acute populations
