Home Health Physical Therapist A great healthcare facility near Berkeley, California , is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its Home Health team. Offering $75.00 - $90.00/hour + up to $10,000

Home Health Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

Guide patients through exercises to improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and endurance. Assess the patients' living space to identify fall hazards and provide specific, actionable recommendations to improve safety and accessibility. Teach patients and their families how to execute daily exercises and manage chronic conditions safely.

Home Health Physical Therapist Qualifications:

Must have an active BLS certification or be able to obtain one upon hire Must have a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy Must have an Active California License to practice
