$2,203-$2,448/week Job Description We are seeking a Travel PT to join a collaborative SNF rehabilitation team. You will provide high-quality patient care, develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and maintain accurate documentation while helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
