Now Hiring:
Full-Time and Part-Time Physical Therapists. Please note that you are welcome to pick your desired service area within Alameda/Contra Costa counties and aren't limited to the region listed on the job post. Love working with infants and toddlers? Looking for flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful work with families? Join Abilities Pediatric Therapy and provide early intervention services in natural environments throughout your preferred service area.
Schedule:
Choose your own service area, schedule and hours.
Part-time:
8-24 clients per week
Full-time:
25+ clients per week
Compensation:
$80-$85 per hour. Report writing (evaluation, progress, and discharge) paid at therapist rate. Accrued sick pay for part-time employees. 401(k) with company match Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement CEU reimbursement Supplies and personal device stipend Paid documentation and report-writing time Opportunities for professional growth and mentorship Supportive team culture that values clinical autonomy Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services for infants and toddlers in home and community settings Complete evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Partner with families to support participation in daily routines and activities Supervise a PTA, provide regular check-ins and mentorship Maintain timely and accurate documentation Collaborate with team members and community partners to support positive outcomes Qualifications Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current California Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure At least 2 year of experience working with pediatrics Preferred Qualifications Previous early intervention experience Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills Experience with bracing, DME, toe walking, and sensory integration. Pay:
$80.00 - $85.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 40.0 per week
