1 Description American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health assignment requiring at least 1 year of home health/OASIS experience and a valid CA license. Details Home health setting covering the San Francisco metro area, primarily downtown Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Average caseload of 5-6 patients per day Cases focus on gait training, strength, and range of motion No on-call requirements Uses Kinnser/Wellsky for charting Requirements Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience with OASIS documentation required Current BLS certification required Valid CA state license required in hand at time of consideration (license required if applicable) Pending licenses are not accepted At least one professional reference from a previous Home Health/Hospice agency required Kinnser/Wellsky charting experience preferred but not required Additional Information Territory is located in a heavily populated metropolitan area with a significant homeless population; comfort navigating this environment is necessary, though direct care with this population is not required Caseload includes patients with alcohol or substance abuse history Work settings include Adult Home Health, Home Health Hospice, and Psych Home Health Scrubs of any color are acceptable attire Open to first-time travelers Local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius
