Our clinic, nestled just below the iconic Sunset Strip and adjacent to Beverly Hills, offers a unique blend of Pilates-based rehabilitation and traditional physical therapy techniques. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped to handle a diverse caseload, including orthopedics, neurology, rheumatology, and chronic pain management, with a special emphasis on treating performing artists.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a part-time, full-time, and per diem California-licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or new grad PTLA to join our dynamic team. As a member of our team, you will work in a supportive environment that values innovation, compassion, and excellence in patient care. With a minimum of 3 full days per week, this role provides flexibility to balance work and personal life while offering the chance to advance your career.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' functional abilities and limitations, with a focus on orthopedic and performing arts-related injuries. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate Pilates-based rehabilitation and traditional physical therapy techniques. Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on injury prevention, wellness, and self-management strategies, particularly tailored to performing artists. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient progress and outcomes. Engage with other medical professionals and learn to incorporate the Pilates method from our Director, and master teacher trainer.Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) or PTLA status in California. Experience or internship in an outpatient orthopedic environment required. Interest in Pilates rehab, but certification is not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.What We Offer:
