Work EnvironmentOur facility is located in the heart of Corona, California, providing a welcoming and state-of-the-art environment for both our staff and patients.

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at our outpatient office, you will work onsite, collaborating closely with fellow healthcare professionals including licensed physical therapists and rehabilitation aides.

Our clinic is equipped with modern rehabilitation tools and modalities to ensure you can deliver effective treatment.

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities and limitations to develop tailored therapy plans.

Implement treatment programs under the supervision of licensed physical therapists, utilizing manually applied techniques, modalities, and therapeutic exercises.

Guide patients through specialized exercises that align with their recovery goals, ensuring they understand each step and its purpose.

Monitor patients closely during sessions, documenting their progress, and reporting on their condition to the supervising physical therapist.

Assist patients in using assistive devices such as walkers, crutches, or prosthetics, to aid their mobility and independence.

Provide education to patients and their families on post-treatment protocols and home exercise programs, empowering them to maintain progress.

Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and contribute insights based on your clinical observations.

Engage in ongoing professional development and training to strengthen your clinical skills and become a mentor for new staff members.

Patient Population / Client FocusYou will primarily work with a diverse range of orthopedic patients, including those recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic conditions.

Your expertise and interpersonal skills are essential in fostering a supportive atmosphere that encourages recovery.

QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in orthopedic physical therapy.

Current California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and collaborate with the healthcare team.

Preferred ExperienceExperience working in an outpatient physical therapy setting.

Proficiency in developing patient care plans that enhance recovery and functional capabilities.

Familiarity with the latest therapeutic techniques and modalities.
