We are seeking a passionate Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide individualized, play-based therapy to infants, children, adolescents, and young adults. We focus on helping each child develop functional skills, confidence, independence, and participation in everyday life. What We Offer $90,000 to $120,000/year for full-time therapists DOE $5,000 full-time hiring bonus, paid at 3 and 12 months 1 month paid leave Full-time and part-time opportunities Hiring timeline of 2 to 4 weeks Monday to Friday schedule for experienced therapists Tuesday to Saturday schedule for new grads or those who prefer that schedule Strong mentorship and professional development Opportunities for specialization and advanced training What You'll Do Evaluate and treat children with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, genetic, and other physical/motor needs. Develop individualized plans of care with functional, measurable goals. Provide child-led, play-based therapy focused on gross motor development, mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and gait. Partner with families and provide home-carryover strategies. Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, physicians, educators, and other members of the child's care team. Complete timely documentation and participate in ongoing professional development. Opportunities to Grow Develop expertise in areas such as torticollis, sensory integration, pelvic health/bowel and bladder, trauma-informed care, school accommodations, co-treatment, DMI, and SSP/iLs. Mentorship is in our DNA! Experienced therapists and new graduates are welcome. What We're Looking For Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Current California PT license in good standing. Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply. Strong communication, organization, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills.
