The schedule is Monday through Friday during regular business hours , giving you your evenings and weekends back! The Opportunity As an Outpatient Physical Therapist , you'll play an integral role in helping patients recover, regain mobility, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while working alongside a collaborative team of healthcare professionals.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Evaluating patients and developing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Providing hands-on therapy and guiding patients through rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs. Treating a diverse range of orthopedic and sports medicine conditions, including injuries and conditions involving the shoulders, back, knees, hips, and more . Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as appropriate. Educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and strategies for continued recovery. Collaborating with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals to support continuity of care. Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional, clinical, and regulatory standards. Delivering compassionate, patient-centered care while exercising strong clinical judgment and professional autonomy. What We're Looking For We're seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist who brings strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a genuine commitment to helping patients achieve their goals.

Ideal candidates will have:

Clinical expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation , with the ability to evaluate patients and develop effective, evidence-based treatment plans. Strong patient care skills, including assessment, therapeutic intervention, and patient education. Experience treating a wide variety of orthopedic and sports medicine diagnoses . Comfort working with a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients . Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Active California Physical Therapy licensure, or eligibility for licensure in California. Excellent communication, documentation, organization, and time-management skills. The ability to work independently while also thriving as part of a collaborative healthcare team. A commitment to ethical practice, continuous professional growth, and providing inclusive, compassionate care to every patient.

Compensation Hourly Rate:
