Duties & Responsibilities:
  • + Evaluate patients to assess mobility, strength, balance, and functional limitations.
+ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain. + Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other rehabilitation techniques. + Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes. + Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and home exercise programs. + Assist patients in restoring function following injury, surgery, or illness. + Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress. + Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care. + Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. + Promote patient independence and improve overall quality of life through rehabilitation services.
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • + Current, valid, and unrestrictedCA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
+ Minimum of 1 yearof recent experience as a Licensed Physical Therapist. + Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required. + Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .
BLS, N95
fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
