Qualifications:

Masters degree in Physical Therapy is required Valid and active Physical Therapy license (or eligibility) in California Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based physical therapy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, teachers, and families Adaptability and a solution-oriented approach in dynamic school settings

What Youll Do:

Deliver direct physical therapy services to students, focusing on individual educational goals Conduct assessments and collaborate on the development of personalized plans of care Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP processes Document progress, maintain records, and communicate clearly with educational staff and family members Educate school staff and families on strategies to support student mobility and safety
