Job Description

This Is Not a Traditional PT Job. Keep Reading If That Excites You... No insurance and all female clientele who is very motivated and focused on long-term wellness. The practice is a Pilates-based rehab setting and has been in business for 10 years, well-known in the community. If that sounds like the role you have been waiting for, we need to talk. This role is for a physical therapist that is fitness-minded, is confident in their skills but is coachable in a cash-pay setting. Our ideal candidate loves to help women feel validated, important, and give them the kind of care that is missing in a traditional model.
Who We Are:
Revive PT & Pilates is a cash-based business that is known for being the only Pilates studio of it's kind in North County San Diego, supporting women's health and wellness, especially women over 40. We specialize in Pilates-integrated physical therapy and pelvic floor/orthopedic rehabilitation — a combination that is rare, powerful, and deeply transformative for the women we serve. Our clients are not passive participants. They are motivated, engaged, and invested — financially and personally — in getting real results. They chose us because they want more than a generic protocol. They want a clinician who sees them as a whole person, not a diagnosis code.
Requirements:
have taken Herman and Wallace Pelvic Floor LEVEL1, have done Pilates classes in the past so you are familiar with the method, and have a strong orthopedic PT background
The Role/Position:
Part-Time:
2-3 days/week available during the hours of 8 AM and 6 PM, but with some flexibility of an AM or PM shift.
Location:
Encinitas close to I-5
Compensation:
Starting at $60-65+/hour
Additional Perks:
training in our "Pelvic Floor & Core Method" , with a strong interest in furthering your education and we will train you in Pilates. Complimentary access to all studio classes is also welcomed as a team member. A supportive, women-centered team culture. This is a hybrid clinical and group class teaching role. You will carry a one-on-one treatment caseload, sharing of clients with a pelvic floor & Pilates trained PTA and lead group classes in weight training or Pilates. We teach you the framework for our classes, but you have creativity around that. If the idea of teaching a small group energizes you, you will thrive here. If it does not, this is not the right fit — and that is okay. You will be part of a studio community — teaching, connecting, and building relationships with clients that go beyond a single episode of care. This role requires you to be "outside the box" of a typical PT... and honestly that is why our PT and PTA love working here! That is rare in this profession, and it matters. How to

We read every submission. We respond to the ones that show us who you are — not just what your resume says. Applications without the paragraph will not be considered. We built something different here. We are looking for someone different to join us. This is an equal opportunity employer and proudly serves a diverse community of patients and clients.
