COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Physical Therapist (PT) Competitive salary: higher pay with experience
Sign-on Bonus:
$15,000 $10,000 a year retention bonus paid annually
PTO:
168 hours accrued a year + 8 Paid Holiday + 40 hours Sick Time $5,000 annually for CMEs with 8 days Excellent medical and dental benefits Free Lodging is available while provider works for the hospital
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS
Physical Therapist (PT)
Schedule:
Work Four 10's or Five 8-hour shifts with No On-call Coverage Patient volume is 8-12 patients a day
Outpatient:
Post Ops cases - shoulders, hips & knees, back & neck with joint pain, debility related to chronic diseases with some inpatient care Critical Access Hospital with a Level 4 Trauma Designation EMR System is Cerner
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Physical Therapist (PT) Open to New graduates or experienced Physical Therapists Graduate from an accredited program in Physical Therapy Visa Candidates are welcome to apply Seeking candidates with team-mentality, work autonomously, able to adapt to work in a rural location
