3x12 Days Are you an experienced Emergency Room nurse ready to take on your next adventure? Do you excel in high-pressure environments where your skills can make a life-saving difference? Join our healthcare partner in providing exceptional care in a dynamic ER setting. As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will be at the forefront of patient care, handling a wide spectrum of medical conditions and injuries. Your ability to assess and treat quickly, especially during the onset of acute illness or trauma, will be crucial. You will work closely with the emergency room team leader and acute care nurse to ensure the highest standards of care. Conduct individualized patient assessments and prioritize data collection based on immediate needs Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team Perform treatments and procedures as ordered by physicians accurately and promptly Provide patient and family education tailored to individual needs Maintain confidentiality and provide care in a non-discriminatory manner Adhere to safety and infection control standards Need 1 year experience in setting Current licensure in good standing in the state of California ACLS, PALS, and CPR certification required; NRP and TNCC required within one year of hire Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
