We are hiring! Burger's SNF seeks passionate Physical Therapists for part-time or full-time roles. Join our incredible team and thrive in a supportive, collaborative nursing and rehab environment. We proudly offer dedicated mentorship for new graduates and a strong, inclusive culture where seasoned PTs can excel! The Skilled Nursing Facility is located in Folsom.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions Aid and direct patients in active and passive exercises, muscle re-education, activities of daily living, prosthetic training, gait and functional training. Educate patient and family on proper care plans Communicate with team members to ensure quality care is being provided.
