Doctor of Physical Therapy We Are Growing! Thrive Physical Therapy, is looking to hire a part-time to full-time Physical Therapist (30 hours/week minimum is ideal). This is a great opportunity to work closely with our orthopedic specialists at Coastline Orthopaedic Associates and the rest of our team at Thrive Physical Therapy. We are committed to providing exceptional care and serve patients of all ages! We always have a variety of interesting patients on our caseload. We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Doctor Physical Therapist (DPT) who is comfortable with the following: Treatment for sports medicine and joint-related diagnoses
  • post-operative and conservative care for knee, hip, shoulder, ankle, and spine conditions including ACL reconstruction, meniscal repair, rotator cuff repair, total joint replacements, arthroscopic procedures, fracture rehabilitation, and sports injury recovery Manual therapy techniques
  • joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, and hands-on treatment approaches Therapeutic exercise prescription
  • designing and implementing progressive exercise programs for strength, mobility, and functional recovery Sports-specific rehabilitation
  • return-to-sport protocols and performance optimization for athletes of all levels Patient education
  • providing comprehensive education on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and activity modification Managing a full caseload while maintaining quality care and documentation standards Collaborating with physicians
  • communicating treatment progress and coordinating care plans with orthopedic surgeons and other healthcare providers Working with diverse patient populations
  • from weekend warriors to professional athletes to elderly patients recovering from joint replacement We are looking for a DPT who is willing to learn, is adaptable, and values teamwork.
