- Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, patients, and families.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Support patients in achieving their highest possible level of independence and function. Qualifications
- Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.
