The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients' physical conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and quality of life. This role requires a strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for evaluation, treatment, plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseload Provide accurate and timely documentation in EMR for all treatments provided Appropriate discharge management and patient follow-up Supervise support staff of PTA's and aides Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines

Requirements/Qualifications:
