Key Responsibilities:

Conduct weekly physical therapy sessions (one hour per week) for one middle school student Assess and monitor the student's progress, modifying interventions as needed Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other school professionals to optimize outcomes Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, goals, and progress per school and regulatory standards Participate in meetings or consultations as required to support the students individualized education plan
