Part-Time Compensation:
$55.00 - $57.00 per hour (based on experience) San Jacinto Valley Post Acute is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our therapy team. This role is ideal for a clinician passionate about delivering high-quality rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing setting. Key Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Provide hands-on therapy services to improve mobility, strength, and function Supervise PTA staff and ensure quality of care Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident outcomes Qualifications Current California Physical Therapist license Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred Strong clinical and documentation skills Ability to lead and collaborate effectively San Jacinto Valley Post Acute is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
