What you'll do Treat chronic injuries and persistent pain, including back, neck, hip, knee, and shoulder Deliver mobility training to help clients move better and stay independent Work on balance and fall prevention with older adults Lead wellness and longevity sessions focused on strength, fitness, and long-term health beyond rehab Partner with clients' families, who are often involved in care decisions What we're looking for Active California PT license (required) Orthopedic experience (strongly preferred) Home health experience (strongly preferred) Skill with chronic pain and long-term mobility progressions Comfortable working independently in the field Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance Professional liability insurance, or willingness to obtain it What you get $80-$100 per 1-hour visit (1099), with the rate based on experience Starting at 2-5 visits per week, with room to grow as our South OC caseload expands Variety in your caseload across PT, wellness, and longevity work, so no two visits feel the same Work on your own time.
