Qualifications and Experience:

Current California Physical Therapist license Previous experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations preferred Strong background in delivering physical therapy services within a healthcare or educational framework Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate care within the school team and with families Ability to manage time effectively across multiple campus locations

Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized physical therapy interventions to two students, addressing their unique needs and educational goals Develop and implement treatment plans based on IEPs and assessments, documenting progress and outcomes Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to ensure alignment of therapy with academic activities Travel between Chino and Wildomar campuses as required by student needs Maintain professional records and adhere to school and state regulations
