Your Role & Impact As a Physical Therapist, you will play an essential role in helping patients achieve their highest level of function, independence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Provide skilled therapy services to short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents. Treat patients recovering from joint replacements, cardiac events, strokes, and other medical conditions. Utilize specialized rehabilitation programs, including Acute Neuro Rehabilitation and Pain Management . Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Collaborate with PTAs, OTs, SLPs, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, exercises, mobility, and strategies for continued progress. Promote safe mobility, functional independence, and successful discharge planning. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Advocate for patients and support their individual rehabilitation goals.
