We serve with the spirit of a soldier, humble heart, and fun-while-learning attitude. We are looking to hire a full time and/or part time Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy License Applicant (PTLA) immediately to our team. Candidates should exemplify our core values and culture, manage caseload effectively, and motivate and train the team of therapy aides. We lay strong emphasis on going the extra mile for our patients. Candidates should be licensed to practice physical therapy in California and interest in advanced manual therapy skills. Additional qualities we prefer in the candidate are:
  • Women's health and/or pediatrics experience
  • Bilingual skills
  • Entrepreneurial go-getter/self starter spirit
  • Weekend availability We are a participating provider in Medicare and majority of the PPO plans in our market.
Our therapists do their documentation on a convenient online EMR platform (WebPT). We offer competitive base compensation in addition to performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefit package including PTO, medical coverage, professional liability insurance, 401k plan and long-term continuing education reimbursements.
