This position is Perdiem and will work 8-hour, Day shifts. Required Qualifications:

Upon hire: California Physical Therapist License Upon hire: National Provider BLS•American Heart Association California Fire and Life Safety Card•National Organization within 30 days of hire 2 years related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree•Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy, or D.P.T.•Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy Upon hire: APTA Member Upon hire: Achieve clinical specialization certification relating to clinical area of practice 5 years Clinical Experience.
