Independent contractor (1099) home health opportunity with flexible scheduling and per-visit compensation.

Compensation:

$80-$120 per visit, based on experience and visit type. We're seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing Home Health Therapy team. This opportunity allows you to build a schedule around your availability while providing high-quality, one-on-one care to patients in their homes. Coverage Area EAST LA Responsibilities Perform home health physical therapy evaluations and reassessments. Develop individualized plans of care based on patient needs and functional goals. Provide skilled treatment focused on mobility, strength, balance, safety, independence, and quality of life. Establish appropriate therapy frequency and treatment recommendations. Coordinate care with PTAs, physicians, nursing, and the interdisciplinary care team. Provide appropriate supervision and clinical direction to PTAs when applicable. Complete accurate and timely documentation using our electronic documentation system. Manage your assigned geographic territory while maintaining excellent patient outcomes.
