Support the people behind the rescue mission Testudo Logistics is seeking a Physical Therapist to support human performance, injury prevention, and rehabilitation for Air Force Special Warfare personnel and rescue aircrew at Moffett Field. • Evaluate injuries, establish treatment plans, and provide individualized physical therapy, rehabilitation, and injury prevention services.
• Use therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, and appropriate treatment equipment to improve function and support return to duty.
• Coordinate care with service members, unit medical personnel, and leadership; integrate rehabilitation needs with physical training.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant clinical records and analyze injury, utilization, and recovery trends for program reporting.
• Advise unit leadership on sports medicine, injury prevention, recovery, and performance maintenance. Required qualifications
• Master's or doctoral degree in physical therapy from an accredited college or university; current California Physical Therapy license.
• At least three years of experience with Air Force Special Warfare, operational Special Operations Forces units, NCAA athletics, Olympic-level athletes, or professional sports teams.
• Current Basic Life Support certification; experience handling protected health information and documenting evaluations and treatment in a HIPAA-compliant system.
• Ability to aggregate, analyze, and present clinical program trends while protecting patient privacy.
• Meet government credentialing, background-check, and installation-access requirements.

The current requirement calls for an installation access card at proposal submission; please identify your existing access status when applying. Preferred qualifications ABPTS Orthopaedic or Sports Clinical Specialist certification (OCS/SCS); NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification; experience providing embedded care to tactical populations. Schedule and benefits 40 hours per week. Services are generally scheduled within 6 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Friday, with unit training weekends and occasional work outside normal hours as mission needs require.
