Position Overview We are seeking a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to provide physical therapy, injury management, rehabilitation, and human performance support to an elite Air Force tactical population. The ideal candidate has experience working with tactical, military, special operations, or high-level athletic populations and is comfortable working independently in a performance-focused environment. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat musculoskeletal injuries and movement limitations Provide injury management, rehabilitation, and return-to-duty support Develop individualized treatment and performance strategies Provide injury prevention and recovery services Collaborate with strength & conditioning, medical, and human performance professionals Educate personnel on injury prevention, recovery, and performance Maintain clinical documentation and injury tracking Support changing operational and training requirements Required Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent Current, unrestricted California PT license Minimum 3 years of professional PT experience 3+ years working with tactical/military, special operations, NCAA, professional, or Olympic-level athletes Strong orthopedic and injury-management experience Current CPR/AED certification Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Preferred Qualifications OCS or SCS certification strongly preferred CSCS certification preferred Military, tactical, special operations, or elite athletic experience Sports medicine, strength & conditioning, or human performance experience Experience with injury surveillance, return-to-duty, or performance testing Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation, benefits, and professional development opportunities.
