Average patients per day: 10-12 patients/day scheduled, typically 8-11 seen. Usually 1-3 evals, rest follow-ups. 30 and 45 minute duration appts.

AL01 Job Summary An Outpatient Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients with injuries, illnesses, or conditions that affect movement and physical function. They develop personalized treatment plans to reduce pain, restore mobility, improve strength and flexibility, and help patients return to their daily activities.
Responsibilities Duties:
Evaluate patients and perform comprehensive physical assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, stretching, and mobility training. Use physical therapy equipment and treatment modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation, heat/cold therapy) as appropriate. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when necessary. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and proper body mechanics. Document evaluations, treatment sessions, patient progress, and discharge summaries accurately in the EMR.
