Founded in 2019 to create a family oriented company for both the families that we serve and the therapists who dedicate their lives to this special population. We provide pediatric occupational, physical, and speech therapy services creating a collaborative and cohesive therapy community for each child that we serve. What Makes Wonderkind Exceptional? Family oriented office environment Structured training is provided to all new hires Staff input is valued and utilized to improve our practice Allocated time each day for administrative work. Taking work home is not expected We host continuing education onsite and encourage staff to seek knowledge regarding their interests Predictable paychecks-therapists are paid for hours worked regardless of client cancellations There are structured paths to move up in the company with tangible expectations What are the Duties of Employment? A self-motivated, dedicated, and joyful pediatric therapist Licensed through the California Board Treatment and evaluation of 0 - 18 years Documentation and report writing based on company standards Possible supervision of therapy assistants (if appropriate) Collaboration with the therapy team, administrative staff, and parents Appropriate cleanliness and organization Participation in staff meetings, as assigned
