Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will deliver comprehensive physiotherapy services to patients across diverse settings, including inpatient hospital units, outpatient clinics, home health environments, and community care programs. Your expertise will help improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life for individuals of all ages. Responsibilities Assess patients' physical conditions by reviewing medical histories and conducting thorough evaluations focused on anatomy and physiology. Develop personalized care plans that incorporate evidence-based physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy, orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, and outpatient rehabilitation. Implement treatment interventions aimed at restoring movement, alleviating pain, and promoting recovery in inpatient, outpatient, home health, or community settings. Coordinate discharge planning to ensure seamless transitions from hospital to home or community care environments. Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to optimize outcomes. Document all patient interactions accurately within electronic medical record (EMR) systems while maintaining compliance with medical terminology standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient care. Skills Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology underpinning effective physiotherapy practices. Proven experience in acute care, inpatient hospital settings, outpatient clinics, home health services, or community-based programs. Expertise in discharge planning and developing comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs. Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and patient record management. Skilled in various physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation. Excellent understanding of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy and patient care documentation. Experience working with diverse populations including pediatrics and geriatrics in both hospital and home & community care environments. Pay:
$55.00 - $75.00 per hour
