Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical therapy evaluations and write reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Provide direct or consultative PT services as outlined in student IEPs
- Develop and monitor goals related to mobility and functional motor skills
- Maintain service documentation and progress notes
Requirements:
