Compensation:
$52,000- $85,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound communications: Answer calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries from potential and existing customers.Nurture leads:
Follow up on leads generated from various sources, such as websites, advertisements, and social media.Schedule appointments:
Convert customer interest into scheduled appointments for the sales team by understanding their needs and arranging a convenient time.Manage customer relationships:
Maintain communication with customers to build relationships, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction.Confirm and reschedule appointments:
Contact customers to confirm scheduled appointments and reschedule any no-shows. VinSolutions CRM experience is a plus.Qualifications:
Use CRM software: Accurately log all customer interactions and update records in the dealership's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.Coordinate with other departments:
Work closely with the sales and service managers to prioritize leads and ensure smooth customer transitions.Provide information:
Answer questions about vehicles, promotions, and dealership services.Assist with other tasks:
