August 11, 2026•June 4, 2027 We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School-Based Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. This part-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students in achieving their educational and functional goals within the school setting.

Kindergarten through 12th grade (K-12)

IEP Platform:

SIRAS/AbleSpace Responsibilities Provide physical therapy evaluations and direct therapy services for students with disabilities. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy goals in accordance with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families to support student success. Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations regarding mobility, positioning, equipment, and access to the educational environment. Maintain timely and accurate documentation using the SIRAS/AbleSpace IEP system. Comply with all applicable federal, state, and district regulations. Qualifications Current Physical Therapist license in the applicable state. Experience in pediatric or school-based physical therapy preferred, but not required. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining effective teamwork with school personnel. Why Join Us?
