Key Qualifications:

Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in California Prior experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred Strong communication and collaboration abilities Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet diverse student needs Knowledge of relevant documentation and IEP processes

Major Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations to determine students' needs and abilities Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized therapy plans Deliver direct and consultative PT services in classrooms and designated areas Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in accordance with district standards Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Provide guidance to staff and families, supporting carryover of therapy strategies
