Key Qualifications & Experience:

Current license as a Physical Therapist (PT) Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification with the BACB Experience or strong interest in school-based therapy services Ability to conduct comprehensive skills and functional assessments, including FBAs Solid understanding of treatment planning, clinical assessment, and ethical guidelines Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with students, parents, and educational staff

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and group physical therapy to students across a range of ages and developmental levels Assess student needs using multiple assessment models to guide therapy goals and interventions Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and make data-driven treatment recommendations aligned with BACB standards Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to create and implement effective therapy plans Document all assessments, interventions, and progress within school and district requirements Provide resources or guidance to school teams aimed at supporting positive student outcomes As part of your role, anticipate a rewarding schedule of 32.5 hours per week within a single school, allowing you to build lasting relationships with both students and colleagues.
