113 beds Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our healthcare team in Pleasant Hill, CA. This is a full-time day-shift opportunity offering competitive pay and a consistent Monday-Friday schedule. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide physical therapy treatments to improve mobility, strength, and function. Monitor and document patient progress. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Educate patients and families on appropriate exercises and care plans. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Active California Physical Therapist license. Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Previous healthcare or rehabilitation experience preferred.
